Most of what our eye gathers is not within the small 0.35mm diameter spot called the foveola.

Rather, it resides in the peripheral world of our perception and as such is relegated to generalized forms, shapes, and colors that trigger assumptions.

Those assumptions form much of our interpretation of reality.

This series seeks to explore that periphery and weave those points of greater focus together,

pulling the peripheral into focus…forming a record of instantaneous memories...event to event.

This simultaneity results in a single, condensed document of perception over time, a record that obeys its own spacial and chronological rules.
